What were your prior experience and level of preparation(in the field) before the month of March?

Nothing as such.

The roadmap that you followed for preparing?

I started doing Competitive programming one and half years before CDC which gave me optimum time to prepare and practice a lot. In the starting, I practiced in codeforces but in the end, I practiced on leetcode and interview bit which are a must to do. Also, I prepared for computer subjects like DBMS, OS, OOPS, SQL, COMPUTER NETWORKS.

What was the selection process of the company?

There were three rounds. The first and second rounds were based on probability and the third round was the coding round.
