What were your prior experiences and level of preparation in the profile before the month of March sitting for CDC internships?

I had a decent knowledge of Algorithms and data structures from my algorithms course, and I also had practised some competitive programming in preceding winters. Also, I had a basic understanding of probability and statistics from one of my courses in the 4th semester.

Please mention a brief roadmap that you followed in preparing for the internships.

To prepare for internships, I firstly completed the theory of algorithms and data structures from the Algozenith course, which I had taken earlier. While parallelly, I gave some competitions on code forces to prepare for Adhoc problems. After completing all topics from Algozenith, I moved to Interviewbit, and I completed all Topics on the platform. Finally, when internship tests were coming close, I revised the concepts of probability and statistics.

Please mention in brief the selection process of the company in which you received an internship.

Shortlisting for interview of Quadeye was through CV only.

There were three rounds of interviews in the selection procedure.

First round:-

— I was first asked some basic questions from my CV.

— Followed by a few questions on one of my projects which was related to Deep Learning

— Lastly, I was asked one question from probability which had multiple sub-parts

Second round:-

— I was asked one probability question

— Then, I was asked to answer simple maths calculations mentally.

Third round:-

— I was asked two questions on probability, and the offer was given in the third round only.
